As 2025 wraps up, we want to say a huge thank you for trusting us with your bodies this year (and hopefully we’ve helped along the way!).

Even though we’ve all been around a fair while, we never underestimate the trust it takes to walk into a clinic and ask for help. We genuinely still love helping people get back to doing what they enjoy most.

  • Re-opening: Monday, 5th January

While we’re closed, you can still book your first 2026 appointment online.
We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time and keep your progress on track.

☀️ Stay Active Over Summer: Quick Tips

Even while you’re on holiday, keeping your body moving will help you return in January feeling stronger and more comfortable.

  • Running / Cardio: Keep mileage consistent and avoid sudden jumps if you’re ramping things back up.

  • Surf / Beach Activities: Warm up your shoulders, hips, and ankles before surfing, swimming, or beach volleyball.

  • Desk / Home Work: If you’re catching up on emails, watch your posture and take regular standing or stretch breaks.
