Our first love.

There’s nothing more satisfying than getting back exercising or back on the pitch. That’s why most of us became physios in the first place. It’s out bread and butter, what we thrive on and what we love doing. 

We are all still active and know what it’s like when you can’t exercise or play, so we do our absolute best to get you back out there quickly and safely using all our years of experience and skills.  

Through our assessment we not only figure out the best course of treatment, but more importantly we want to identify any underlying causes -a bit of tightness here and weakness here to prevent you having future issues and get back exercising as quickly and safely as possible. 

It may sound simple, but your rehab needs to be tailored to your specific sport or activity whether that be football, netball, rugby, cricket, tennis, golf, surfing, tri, running- the list goes on. 

So we will design your rehab to incorporate your own sporting specific movements to help get you back out there safely and minimize your risk of re-injury.
